In July of 2020, Arch Community Fund issued ten grants of $15,000 – $20,000 to support transformative organizing work. In addition, Arch offered to renew 2019 grantees in May of 2020 at the same amount as in 2019 with an additional $5,000 for COVID-19 response. 2020 grantees include:
- Asian Solidarity Collective (Chula Vista, CA) – $20,000 The Asian Solidarity Collective is a grassroots organization in San Diego whose mission is to activate Asian American social justice consciousness, condemn anti-Blackness, and build Asian solidarity with Black folks, queer and grans people of color, and other oppressed communities.
- Campaign for Southern Equality (Asheville, NC) – $20,000 The Campaign for Southern Equality is working to build a South where LGBTQ people are equal in every part of life.
- Cooperative Food Empowerment Directive (CoFED) (Santa Rosa, CA / National) – $20,000 CoFED is building a cooperative food economy, powered by the visionary leadership of people of color!
- Dream Action Oklahoma (DAOK) (Oklahoma City, OK) – $15,000 Dream Action Oklahoma is a community-based organization that aims to empower the local immigrant community through advocacy and education to ensure justice for all immigrants.
- Firelands (Rural WA) – $20,000 Firelands organizes in the small towns and rural communities we love and call home to win an economy that respects workers, communities and the land.
- Freedom to Thrive (formerly Enlace) (Portland, OR / National) – $15,000 Freedom to Thrive works to build a world where safety means investment in people and planet and end the punishment-based criminal and immigration systems.
- Inquilinxs Unidxs por Justicia (Minneapolis, MN) – $20,000 Inquilinxs envisions a housing system that works for everyone, a world in which renters direct city development.
- ReThink Transformative Organizing (New Orleans, LA) – $20,000 ReThink supports youth of color in becoming thoughtful and capable leaders through the process of critically rethinking our educational experiences and taking action to create transformative systemic change.
- The Montana Racial Equity Project (Bozeman, MT) – $20,000 The Montana Racial Equity Project advocates equity and justice for historically marginalized, disenfranchised, and oppressed peoples in Montana.
- UTOPIA (Kent, WA) – $15,000 UTOPIA is a QTPI-led organization fighting for equitable access to education, employment, housing, healthcare, and more for all Queer and Trans Pacific Islander youth, adults, elders, and families in Washington.
